出張で遅くなりました！！（誰も待ってないと思いますが・・・）
Hi! I’m Goi of the blog team for year 2011, and finally came on this page!
Sorry for having kept you waiting, but I just came back from a business trip!!
(I guess no one was waiting for me…..)
私は現在、日中交流センター所属で、入社2年目です。
ただし、中国留学に2年、修士に2年追加しているので、
Bauほどではないですが、年はとっています・・・
I’m in the second year of my career at the Japan Foundation, and now working
for China Center. I spent two years in China for study and another two years
for a master program, so I’m not that young, not as old as Bau though.
日中交流センターというと、なんだか個別の団体のようですが、
れっきとした国際交流基金の部署ですのでお間違いなく。
"China Center" sounds a different organization from the JF, but it’s still
a part of the JF. Don’t forget it!
日中交流センターの事業は主に以下の3つ
・中国の高校生に約1年間日本の高校で過ごしてもらう招へい事業
・日中両言語で交流できるウェブサイトをはじめとするネットワーク構築事業
・中国の各地で日本の最新情報を発信する「ふれあいの場」事業
The main task of China Center is as follows;
Inviting Chinese high school students to Japan for one-year stay
Building up a network such as the Website to interact both in Japanese and Chinese languages.
Setting up Centers for "face-to-face exchanges" at provincial towns in China
その中で、私が主に担当している事業について、もう少しお話しましょう。
I’ll talk a little more about a program that I’m in charge of.
私が担当しているのは、1つ目の招へい事業です。
正式には「中国高校生長期招へい事業」といいます。
I’m in charge of the first of the above, “Long-term Invitation of Chinese High
School Students”.
この事業では毎年9月～翌7月まで、30数人の中国高校生が、
日本全国の高校で「ありのままの日本」を体験します。
About 30 high school students experience real Japan through ordinary everyday life
at high schools in Japan from September to July next year.
同時に、受入高校・受入ホストファミリーにも、現代の中国の若者に
直接触れてもらう機会となり、こうした深い相互交流を通じてこそ、
日中間の信頼関係が構築できると信じ、日々取り組んでいます。
At the same time, this program provides Japanese high schools and host families with
opportunities to communicate directly with young Chinese people. I enjoy working with
a belief that a reliable relationship between the two countries can be built through
this kind of exchange program.
もちろん、滞在中は大変なこともたくさんありますが、それを乗り越え、
7月に帰国するときの感動は、もう言葉では言い表せません！！
Of course, I get some unexpected happenings during the stay, but I can’t express how
much I’m moved when the students leave Japan in July. It’s a really great feeling
beyond description!!
