はじめましてBauです その３ Hajimemashite No3 Bau

yui、cossyに続きまして自己紹介をさせていただく、2011年度ブログチームのBauと申します。よろしくお願いします！

Hi! Following yui and cossy, I’m going to introduce myself. I’m Bau, a member of the blog team for year 2011.

私は現在、経理部財務課所属の入社２年目です。ただ、一度他の会社に勤めた経験がありますので、社会人経験はもう少しあります（その分、年も取っていますが･･･）。

I’m in the 2nd year of my career at Budget and Finance Div. of Financial Affairs Dept. I have worked for another company before, so my working career is a little bit longer (that means some years are added to my age….).

財務課の仕事は予算の要求や予算の執行監理、収支決算の作成などがありますが、今の担当は基金の運用・管理となっています。国際交流基金の『国際文化交流』というイメージからはちょっと離れておりますが、なにをするにもお金は大事！ということで、気合を入れて取り組んでいます。

The work of Budget and Finance Div. includes budget request, budget control and documentation of settlement of balance, and now I’m in charge of fund management. My work sounds a little different from the image of international cultural exchange by the Japan Foundation, but I enjoy working, saying to myself “money is the first thing to consider in any activities!”.

基金は文化的なバックグラウンドを持つ人が多い職場なのですが、経理部は体育会系のノリを持つ人が比較的多く、運動部に長い間所属してきた私にとってはやりやすい場所です。

People working for the Japan Foundation have diverse cultural background, and among them, some people at Financial Affairs Dept. are athletic people with sportsmanship. I feel comfortable working with those people as I had belonged to athletic club for a long time.

そんな私の最近の趣味はもっぱらサッカー観戦！休日は本を読んだり、勉強したり、友達と遊びに行ったりといろいろしていますが、好きなチームの試合がある時間はできるだけ空けるようにしています。後はコーヒーや紅茶が好きなので、それを嗜みつつ試合観戦。至福の時間です･･･。

My favorite these days is watching soccer matches! I spend holidays by reading books, studying, going out with my friends and so on, but a soccer match of my favorite team comes first. I love coffee and tea, so I’ m absorbed in watching a soccer match over a cup of coffee or tea. It’s a fantastic time…..

国際交流とはまったくかけ離れた話となってしまいましたが、次はもっと皆さんに興味を持ってもらえる話ができるよう、面白いネタを仕込んでおきます！それでは出張から帰ってきたGOIちゃんに、バトンを渡します。

Today’s topic is a different story from the international exchange, but I’ll come back with more interesting story next time! And now GOI’s turn who just came back from a business trip.
